1. START A POOLING EVENT

Publish! Before sharing, populate the content.

2. POPULATE THE CONTENT

This is where you import price-lists, there are several options, including

1. choose an existing price list on pool-farm

• • • from “Listings”

2. import a price list to your pool page

• • • copy from a spreadsheet, paste into your pool page!

You can now share with your community!

3. MANAGE THE ORDER

When the time to place the order has come:

• • close your pool
  • send the order to the supplier(s)

When the order arrives:

• • check the order
  • notify the pool members
  • use the MEMBERS page to keep track of member collections and payments
