Some residents have asked for “artisan bread”, “affordable organic bags of vegetables”, “dry grains”, “take-away meals” etc.
We have put together a list that gives some information about some suppliers, so you can get to know what they do and join orders.
Tell us: Is there something else you want that our suppliers don’t produce? Have you heard of an interesting local farmer or supplier? Let us know and we will contact them (use the form at end of page!).

FRUIT, VEGETABLES, DAIRY LOCAL
A collaboration of 8 small-scale, organic farms in Sörmland (South of Stockholm). They come to town every Thursday. Supply great restos and passionate home-cooks.
They make cheeses on Lovö and organise cooking events with local products. A foodtruck, too.
BREAD, HONEY, LOCAL
A bakery started in summer 2020 by Stora Skuggans Värdshus, 1 km SE from Lappis. They bake in the building and sell mostly in their “window café”, corner of Bobergsgatan and Labradorgatan, another 1 km away. Open usually every day from 7.
They install bee hives around town and have a small office in Stora Skuggans Värdshus, 1 km SE from Lappis. Environmental consultants.
DRY PULSES, SWEDISH
A collection of dry grains (peas, beans, quinoa, lentils etc) from hand-picked suppliers in Sweden. Can deliver in smaller bags or in bulk. Product sheet

A collection of organic meat boxes from hand-picked suppliers in Sweden. Can deliver every other week.

GNISTA SPIRITS (non-alcoholic)
