1. CREATE A USER ACCOUNT
Sign up & request a supplier account.
- We will create a supplier page.
- Your supplier page gets its own pool.farm url.
2. SHARE SOMETHING ABOUT YOU
- a short text, maybe a picture
- for each catalogue, you can copy cells from a spreadsheet and paste on your page
Let people know what you do.
- What’s your inspiration?
- What’s your special gift?
- What are you proud of?
Describe how you want people to connect with you.
- Who should they contact? How?
- How do you plan to prioritize co-orders?
Upload a catalogue:
- We will create a catalogue page.
- To publish a catalogue, COPY from a spreadsheet and PASTE into your page.
- For each catalogue you publish, a special pool.farm catalogue url will be created.
The pool coordinators will manage orders, collection, payment.

3. SHARE WITH YOUR NETWORK
Share your pool.farm supplier page with your customers.
- Post the url in your communication.
- They can see what’s on offer.
Tell your customers when there is a new catalogue.
- Share the link to the catalogue
- It will also appear on your supplier page.
